Communities of the Diocese of Latin America
The Diocese of Latin America gathers its pastoral life through ecclesiastical provinces, parishes, missions, oratories, and centers for spiritual accompaniment in order to strengthen the Church’s presence, outreach, and apostolic mission.
Open to all without exception.
The Life of the Communities
The communities of the Diocese are local expressions of the Church’s common life. In them, the faithful gather for prayer, sacramental life, pastoral accompaniment, formation, and service. They are the ordinary places where the Diocese becomes visible in its apostolic and pastoral mission.
This page is intentionally structured to grow. As the Diocese develops, new ecclesiastical provinces, parishes, missions, outreach communities, oratories, and centers for spiritual accompaniment can be added here without changing the overall framework of the page.
Argentina
Oratory and Center for Spiritual Accompaniment “The Holy Name”
Argentina
Current seat of the OCCI Latin American Episcopal Curia and a principal center of diocesan pastoral life, spiritual accompaniment, prayer, and ecclesial coordination.
The headquarters of the Latin American Episcopal Curia is presently located in Argentina at the Oratory and Center for Spiritual Accompaniment “The Holy Name,” giving the Diocese a visible center of pastoral presence and ecclesial stability.
Ecclesiastical Provinces
The Diocese of Latin America is pastorally administered through ecclesiastical provinces that presently comprise its life and mission. This structure allows for broader coverage, greater local effectiveness, and more coherent pastoral care across the Diocese’s jurisdiction.
As provinces develop, this section can be expanded with dedicated entries for each one, together with their local parishes, missions, oratories, and outreach communities.
A Diocesan Communion
The communities of the Diocese do not stand alone. They belong to a wider ecclesial life ordered by common faith, pastoral responsibility, sacramental fellowship, and apostolic mission. Together they form part of the visible witness of the Diocese of Latin America within the life of the Old Catholic Churches International.
Whether province, parish, mission, oratory, or accompaniment center, the purpose remains the same: to proclaim the Gospel, care for souls, accompany people faithfully, and make the Church present with mercy, clarity, and welcome.
